That error is about as useful as the famous Mac one. If just tells you
what you already know, that it didn't go online. Are there any other
messages in Genesis' window while it's trying to connect? You many need
to turn the log level up in GenesisPrefs.

If you really have changed absolutely nothing (as opposed to not
changing anything you think may be relevant) then it is likely to be
either a telecom or ISP fault.
